Simple Healthy Smoothies

PEANUT BUTTER GREEN SMOOTHIE

1 Banana (Preferably Frozen)

2 Cups spinach

1/2 Cup natural plain greek yoghurt

1 Tablespoon peanut butter

1 Cup of milk

(Almond, oat, or rice milk is best)

1 Cup ice cubes

SUMMER SMOOTHIE

Half a banana

6 Strawberries

1 handful of Blueberries

1 1/2 Cups of almond milk

(For both smoothies, blend to your preference and enjoy!)

Benefits: Packed with protein and antioxidants
