Lets be honest guys, life can get tough for most of us, especially towards the end of the year when all you want to do is escape away from the day to day grind.
If you’re currently looking after everyone but yourself, you feel you’ve slipped into some bad habits or maybe there’s way bigger challenges in your life at the moment that you're just not sure how to deal with...all of these things can truly make you feel run down, worn down and simply just not loving life.
At Temple Yoga & Retreats we aren’t about strict health & wellness schedules or hard detoxing. We feel the best way to get back to feeling amazing is by having a balanced week with options such as massage, yoga/meditation, adventure, sight seeing and even encourage a cheeky wine or two on our night off at one of Ubuds most stunning restaurants.
Lisa and I love guiding and supporting our guests through the week and with our extensive knowledge of Bali you know you are in good hands. It’s our hope that we continue to expand and grow so we can deliver life changing experiences to more people as we have seen first hand on our previous getaways just how important this time out is (plus we practice what we preach, we make sure we retreat ourselves from time to time too its so important to us!).
