Which kind of spa and wellness treatments would be best for my needs?

As a guest your needs are very individual, however there is a range of treatments that our professional and experienced therapists offer- massages, facials, mani/pedis, you name it and it can be arranged.

Also, we will be happy to help you organize any additional alternative therapies, outside the retreat, to address your specific needs in a holistic manner. We know some of the best healers on the island and can recommend you to the very best. With Bali renowned as the healing capital of Asia, there is an abundance of highly skilled and dedicated therapists practicing their healing with total commitment, compassion and understanding to assist you on your path to health through detox, release and nurturing

How can I continue to practice what I learn on my Temple Retreat when I return home?

We have many tips and tricks on how to keep the post holiday bliss going as long as possible on your return home (from personal experience). Brodie holds Yoga & Meditation classes in Brisbane as well as specialising in corporate yoga & private lessons. With many contacts in the health and wellness industry we can point you in the right direction to help you on your health and wellness journey when you return home.

What if I have specific dietary needs?

A Temple Retreat experience allows you to experience the meaning of true nourishment through a mainly vegetarian focused menu. You can absolutely let us know if you would like us to cater to food allergies and intolerances. We can assist with a variety of dietary needs. (Please discuss this with us at time of booking).

How can I give back to the Balinese community?

We proudly support local not-for-profit organisation Jodie O’Shea Orphanage. Partnering with this incredible organisation, we aim to contribute to giving young children in the Balinese community a helping hand in breaking the cycle of poverty. There are many ways to give back, including a visit to the Orphanage itself on the last day of your stay. Any donation or involvement in this charity is greatly appreciated and will help to provide a healthy, loving and secure environment for these children, the future of Bali.
