Why Practice Mindfulness?

I’m busy, you’re busy - we are all very busy in our everyday lives. But what happens when you give in to the busy-ness of life and forget to step back and reflect sometimes?

We love sharing little gems with you guys or advice we find along the way on how to live a good life. Luckily for us our beautiful friend Julia at has asked a few experts (including little ol us!) about mindfulness, why we need more of it, and how to bring it into your daily life.
