My Number #1 Happiness Boosting Tip
I am about to share with you guys one of the simplest ways I’ve found to consistently ensure improving my wellbeing and happiness, and interestingly enough it doesn’t even involve rolling out my yoga mat.
I can’t actually remember who gifted me The Five Minute Journal originally but I’ve since purchased it again for another year running because I love it so so much.
The Five Minute Journal is my secret weapon to focus on the good in my life, become more mindful, and live with intention. With a simple structured format based on positive psychology research, it makes it super easy for me to end each day with gratitude.
You self-date each page which is super handy, because it means I’ve been able to see chunks of time throughout the year where I have let this habit slip. What I’ve noticed is when I look back at those times where I have been super consistent, those are the times where I have been way happier, had better relationships with hubby and family, and am more optimistic/ less of a downer.
I promise these guys do not sponsor me, I’m not getting royalties, honestly I get nothing out of recommending this little gem of a book to you other than to hope it helps you to start and end your day a little happier.
You can purchase the journal HERE.
Would love to know if you do purchase it how you find it and if it is helpful!?...
Nothing like the power of positive thinking!
